1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms govern your purchase, download, access, and use of From Zero to Google Play — 2026 Complete Edition and any companion digital materials expressly included with it (together, the “Product”) through ebook.tanmaymandal.com.

By completing payment, downloading, or using the Product, you agree to these Terms. Our separate Privacy Policy governs personal-data handling.

2. Seller and Product

No physical book or printed item is included unless the sales page expressly states otherwise.

3. Product Scope

The Product is an educational handbook covering Android game planning, development, testing, publishing, monetisation, AI-assisted development, and related workflows involving tools and services such as Unity, Android, Firebase, AdMob, and Google Play.

Third-party software, pricing, interfaces, eligibility rules, APIs, and policies may change after publication. Time-sensitive requirements should be checked against the current official documentation before you act on them.

4. Price and Payment

The amount payable is the price shown at checkout, together with any tax, fee, or charge clearly disclosed before payment. Promotions or crossed-out prices may change or end for future purchases.

A purchase is considered complete only after the payment provider or our order process confirms successful payment. Pending, failed, cancelled, reversed, or unauthorised transactions do not create a right to receive the Product.

5. Digital Delivery

After successful payment, the ebook may be delivered through a thank-you/download page, download link, email, or another method stated during checkout.

You should download and safely keep your copy. If payment is confirmed but delivery fails, follow the support process in Section 11 below.

6. Licence and Permitted Use

After successful payment, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Product for your own personal learning and your own internal game-development work.

You may use the Product’s ideas, methods, prompts, checklists, and workflows to help build your own original projects.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not, unless legally permitted or we give prior written permission:

• resell, redistribute, share, upload, lend, sublicense, or publicly post the Product or substantial portions of it;
• place it on public drives, messaging groups, repositories, torrent/file-sharing services, course libraries, or similar channels;
• remove or misrepresent copyright, authorship, or ownership notices;
• repackage the ebook, worksheets, prompt collection, templates, or substantial extracts as your own commercial product; or
• use automated extraction or other methods to systematically reproduce or distribute the Product.

8. Intellectual Property

The Product’s original text, structure, diagrams, worksheets, templates, prompt collections, branding, and other original material remain the property of Tanmay Mandal or the applicable rights holder. Purchasing the Product does not transfer copyright or ownership.

Third-party trademarks, logos, software interfaces, and related materials remain the property of their respective owners. References to Unity, Android, Google Play, Firebase, AdMob, or other services do not imply official sponsorship, endorsement, certification, or partnership.

9. AI, Templates and Example Material

AI prompts, checklists, sample workflows, example concepts, and fictional scenarios are provided as starting points for your own review and adaptation. AI-generated output can be wrong, insecure, incomplete, or outdated.

You remain responsible for reviewing, testing, licensing, securing, and approving any code, content, design, or business decision you create using the Product or an AI tool.

10. Educational Purpose and No Guaranteed Results

The Product is educational information and a practical development guide. It does not guarantee Google Play approval, downloads, rankings, users, advertising revenue, in-app-purchase revenue, profitability, or any particular commercial outcome.

Any budgets, metrics, timelines, scenarios, or worked examples are illustrative planning aids unless expressly stated otherwise. Nothing in the Product is legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, or other regulated professional advice.

12. File Problems and Technical Access

If the delivered file is materially corrupt, incomplete, or inaccessible because of a delivery defect attributable to us, contact support with your payment details and we may provide a replacement file after verification.

We are not responsible for problems caused solely by unsupported devices, incompatible reader software, insufficient storage, local network restrictions, user deletion, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

13. Third-Party Platforms and Services

You are responsible for following the current terms, licences, technical requirements, account rules, fees, and policies of any third-party tool or platform you choose to use. We do not control third-party approval decisions, outages, policy changes, account actions, pricing, or discontinued features.

14. Updates and Revisions

We may revise, correct, expand, replace, or discontinue future editions or companion materials. Unless the sales page expressly promises an update entitlement at the time of purchase, buying one edition does not create a right to free lifetime updates, future editions, consulting, or ongoing technical support.

15. Availability and Liability

We do not guarantee that the website, payment provider, download system, hosting, or other third-party services will always operate without interruption.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential loss arising from use of or reliance on the Product. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total direct liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount actually paid for that purchase.

These limitations do not restrict rights or liabilities that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.

16. Misuse and Licence Termination

We may suspend or terminate the licence if there is reasonable evidence of payment fraud, chargeback abuse, unauthorised redistribution, deliberate circumvention of access controls, or another material breach of these Terms.

17. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or restrict a mandatory consumer right or remedy that applies to your purchase. Where mandatory law conflicts with these Terms, the mandatory protection prevails to the extent of that conflict.

18. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and the purchase of the Product are governed by the laws of India.

Before formal proceedings, both sides should make a reasonable attempt to resolve a purchase-related dispute by writing to contact@tanmaymandal.com.

Subject to mandatory consumer law and any forum that must remain available by law, courts having appropriate jurisdiction in West Bengal, India will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms for future purchases when the Product, sales process, business practices, or applicable requirements change. The current version will display its latest update date.
